First Concert in Metaverse, Pusakata Experiences an Interesting Experience

Kapanlagi.com - Lately, many musicians have held concerts in Metaverse. Pusakata also held its first metaverse concert entitled "Panggung Anak Senja" from April 23 to May 29.

The man who is often called Mas Is also admitted that he was very happy and enjoyed the concert because he could experience something interesting.

"This is a new experience, Metaverse exists in another world in a changing form. I really believe that energy will transform in all forms of communication, this concert is one of the forms where we can meet in another place," he said in a virtual interview on Wednesday (25/5).

"It's a very interesting experience, we can see ourselves for the first time in my life I can see myself singing on stage. I was so stiff during the shoot," continued the former vocalist of Payung Teduh.

1. Still Getting Audience Energy

Although only meeting virtually, Pusakata still gets the same energy from the audience. Seeing his figure in the metaverse world, Puskata feels something enjoyable. Moreover, he also really likes surprises.

"This is not something that can be compared but can be juxtaposed together. Energy is still there, your energy that misses concerts and me who misses meeting you. That cannot be equated. I see that on the screen, it's so funny that we are in these figures, watching ourselves," he explained.

"What is clear is that I like the surprise when shooting with CGI and the green screen that I haven't seen before. When I saw it, I thought, let's make a movie tomorrow," continued Pusakata.

2. Performing 8 Songs

In their first metaverse concert, Pusakata performed 8 songs including Dunia Batas, Untuk Perempuan yang Sedang Dalam Pelukan, Doa Pagi Ini, Larung, and Akad. Out of the 8 songs, Pusakata chose Dunia Batas and Larung as their favorites.

“If I had to pick my favorite songs from the concert, it would be Dunia Batas and Larung. Those two songs are the ones that I need a moment alone to listen to because I position myself as a listener,” he said.

3. Many Interesting Interactions

Pusakata's "Panggung Anak Senja" is a Virtual Concert Merchnesia at Metaverse held by Telkom Metaverse Ecosystem. Other musicians will also do the same in the future. All concert schedules and other information can be directly followed on Instagram @konsermeta.merchnesia.

The organizers said there were many interesting interactions from the musicians in the metaverse concert they held.

“Why is there a metaverse concert? There are many experience interactions that are closer to reality than just being limited to gadgets, with interactions only moving thumbs. If there is a metaverse, interactions become more alive. Not just thumbs but the whole body, facial expressions can be channeled. Metaverse is a new generation in digital concerts. It also supports the music industry in Indonesia,” said Riva Perdana, the organizer.
