Another program of Gilang's in the near future is preparing foreign players for the upcoming competition season. In addition, preparing buses for the players' operations. "Arema definitely needs foreign players because until now they don't have any. We will soon execute the plan to bring in foreign players. And regarding the player bus, Arema also doesn't have one, so we will provide a bus specifically for Arema," he said.

Gilang also promised to build a training center for Arema FC in collaboration with the Regional Government (Pemda). He will also develop other businesses that will run synergistically. "So Arema FC, which has a lot of fans, it's a shame to just focus on football," he said.

Shandy's husband targets the championship for Arema FC in this year's competition season and believes he can achieve it. He will immediately work and focus on preparing for it.“God willing, I will fulfill that target, the target is indeed our championship target, our dream is big, and we have to work hard to make it happen. So our target is to be champions. We will prepare everything for the championship target, starting from the players, officials, and the path to get there,” he explained.

Gilang promised in his work plan to improve the internal structure before preparing the training center. However, it was emphasized that he would not overhaul the existing structure. “Let the existing management continue their work. I will add my own people to make Arema FC even more prepared for the competition,” he said.

Meanwhile, regarding the dualism, Gilang admitted that he already has a scheme and target that he will do. He hopes that the problem can be resolved as expected by many people. "I am following Mr. IB and the Team, and I will definitely handle it. We have prepared the timeline and also when it should be finished, there is already a target," he said firmly.

Not denied, Gilang's appointment as the President of Arema FC is due to his popularity and celebrity status. Gilang himself is known as a businessman who is close to the celebrity world, including Raffi Ahmad who had previously ventured into the world of football.
