The newlywed couple Frans Faisal and Indah share their experiences after officially getting married. The brother of Fuji and Fadly Faisal revealed many interesting things about their household life, including his wife's unique habits and their plans for the future.
"It's unique, I thought I was the messy one, but it turns out it's her (Indah) hahaha. You put the towel on the bed," said Frans in the Tendean area of South Jakarta, Tuesday (11/2/2025).
However, Indah feels that nothing has drastically changed in their lives because since before getting married, they had often met and worked together. "No, because we usually meet often because we work together," said Indah.
Frans and Indah also discussed their habits when it comes to cooking. Frans revealed that Indah actually wanted to cook for him, but during their honeymoon, they had different desires regarding food. "She wants to cook for me. Because during the honeymoon, I prefer to have dinner (outside), she wants to cook," said Frans.
Indah was previously known as a manager at a company. When asked whether she would continue to be a manager after getting married, Indah affirmed that she would still pursue that career.
"Yes, of course. But I’m not Kak Frans's personal manager, I’m a company manager. I’m used to managing a company, so I will continue to be a manager," said Indah.
Frans himself supports his wife's decision and says that later, they might add new team members. "A manager is just a manager, but I mean later we will add others. If we have children, it will definitely be different," said Frans.
The wedding of Frans and Indah took place in Jakarta and Bali. Frans expressed his gratitude because everything went according to plan. "Alhamdulillah everything went smoothly, we got married. Everything also went smoothly in Bali," said Frans.
Indah also revealed that the dowry given by Frans consisted of gold and cash. "For the dowry, Alhamdulillah from Kak Frans 10 grams of gold and cash of Rp 50 million," said Indah.
The moment of the marriage contract was an emotional experience for Frans. He admitted that he was nervous and even cried during the ceremony. "Oh, that’s for sure, I cried. But I tried my best to speak once, take a breath, and Alhamdulillah I could. Even though I was crying at that time," said Frans.
Regarding the plan to have children, Frans surrenders everything to God's will. However, he also revealed that they have started trying to have a child.
"I hahaha, we (depend on) what God gives us. It has been 7 days, we have tried, but it turns out," said Frans while laughing. Hearing her husband's statement, Indah responded with laughter. "Why you, hahaha," Indah concluded.
