Fuji Relieved Former Admin Admits His Actions, Case Advances to Investigation Stage

"Today's agenda was to confirm the statements that have been made by the reported party. We received information that the reported party has admitted to their actions and the losses have also been calculated, but we cannot disclose that," said Sandy Arifin when met at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Monday (20/04/2026).

The legal status of this case has also seen a significant increase. The legal team stated that this matter has progressed from the investigation stage to the prosecution stage. Although there is a possibility for mediation in the near future, Fuji's side is still waiting to see the good faith from the reported party to resolve this issue.

"Because the development has already moved from investigation to prosecution, and during the prosecution, we have also conducted examinations, we just need to complete a few remaining pieces of evidence. We are just waiting for the good faith from the concerned party," said Sandy Arifin.

Hearing the news that her former staff has admitted to the mistake, Fuji feels very relieved. She expresses her appreciation to the police who have processed her report professionally. For her, seeing tangible results from the ongoing legal process is a unique comfort after more than a year of struggle.

"Alhamdulillah relieved because soon I will be designated as a suspect, InsyaAllah. I want to thank the South Jakarta Police for assisting in the process and I feel very relieved because the results are starting to show," said Fuji.

Fuji emphasizes that she does not want this issue to end without clear legal consequences. She feels that the actions taken by her former staff have greatly exceeded the limits and harmed many parties, not only in terms of material but also her reputation in the eyes of clients.

"I want him to be punished as fairly as possible because what he has done to me is, in my opinion, way over the line, it's not just about the money," concluded Fuji.
