Fuji Reveals the Reason for Delaying Payment of Employee Salaries After Viral Chat

However, after the viral conversation between Fuji and her former employee, Fuji finally agreed to fulfill her obligation. This incident was revealed by the Instagram account @hay_tje.

Confirmed about this, Fuji has his own reasons why he delayed the payment of one of his employees' salaries.

"If it's about payment, it was last night. Because he is still in the probation period. What I mean is, if he has quit the job, he should say goodbye properly, not just suddenly disappear the next day when I still have work and need a cameraman. Suddenly gone like that. So I was just waiting for him to come to my house, say goodbye properly because he came nicely, leave nicely," said Fuji at the West Jakarta Metro Police, Monday (6/11/2023).

Fuji further stated that if the former employee who worked as his cameraman had come to his house peacefully, the issue would not have occurred. However, since it has already happened, Fuji apologizes if his actions have caused annoyance to the cameraman.

"I apologize if I did something wrong. I'm sorry if there was a problem with his salary yesterday. Actually, it has been handled by my manager, he has personally chatted with Mas Abdul about it, if he wants to be paid, he can just come to the house, it's that simple," said Fuji.

"If there is anything that has hurt your feelings, I apologize for my words," Fuji continued.

2. Viral Chat

For your information, the Instagram account @hay_tje recently displayed a screenshot of a bank account mutation with the name Fujianti Utami as the sender.

"Thank God it's transferred. On this date and time, I can smile widely. Yay, the salary is finally out. Why does it have to be like this, only after going through all this trouble, people's rights are given," stated the description on the bank account mutation screen.

3. Scolding the Cameraman?

Previously, the account uploaded a chat conversation between Fuji and his employee. In the screenshot, someone presumed to be Fuji is seen verbally abusing his cameraman.

"Shut up, I lost respect for people who are disrespectful towards me, have no self-awareness, and refuse to learn. You're just here to work. Don't get close to me, don't act friendly or act like you know me," said one of Fuji's chat messages to his cameraman.

There is also a chat message allegedly from Fuji scolding his cameraman. "Focus, if you're going to be foolish like yesterday again, then just don't work, Dul," the chat message reads.
