Gaga Muhammad Receives 12.6 Billion Rupiah Lawsuit, Here's the Reason from Laura Anna's Family

Kapanlagi.com - Laura Anna's family has filed a 12.6 billion rupiah lawsuit against Gaga Muhammad related to the traffic accident that caused the 21-year-old influencer to become paralyzed.

Laura Anna's sister, Greta Irene, explained that the lawsuit filed against Gaga Muhammad is for compensation for her sister's paralysis.

1. Calculation Until Laura is 60 Years Old

"Until Laura reaches the age of 60, Laura's age is calculated until she is 60 years old. Laura needs a certain amount per day, which they will pay until she turns 60. It is calculated with inflation because money has inflation over time," said Greta Iren at the East Jakarta District Court on Thursday (23/12/2021).

The calculation includes the cost of nurses and medication for Laura Anna during the healing process.

2. Gaga's Negligence

"During that 60-year period, we have to pay for the nurse and the medication. The calculation should include the decubitus wound because it is their responsibility. Once again, this is their negligence, our responsibility is strong," said Greta Iren.

As a result of the traffic accident, Laura Anna became paralyzed. According to Greta Iren, the accident also destroyed her younger sister's future.

3. Threatened with 5 Years in Prison

"And he (Gaga) not only destroys my sister's future, he has destroyed a whole family," said Greta.

Previously, Gaga was charged under Article 310 paragraph 3 of the Republic of Indonesia Law No. 22 of 2009 concerning Traffic and Road Transportation. Therefore, Gaga is threatened with a maximum prison sentence of 5 years or a fine of Rp 10 million.
