Gaga Muhammad Sentenced to 4.5 Years in Prison, Laura Anna's Sister: No One Can Replace My Sister

Kapanlagi.com - Defendant Gaung Sabda Alam Muhammad alias Gaga Muhammad was sentenced to four years and six months in prison for a traffic accident that caused his former girlfriend, Laura Anna, to become paralyzed.

Laura Anna's sister, Greta Irene, witnessed Gaga Muhammad's trial at the East Jakarta District Court on Tuesday (4/1/2022). After the trial, Greta Irene did not say much about the demands of the Public Prosecutor (JPU) against Gaga Muhammad.

"I just want to say thank you very much for your support every day, I don't know what else to say," said Greta Irene at the East Jakarta District Court on Tuesday (4/1/2022).

1. Not Much to Say

Greta doesn't have much to say about the punishment of Gaga Muhammad. No matter how severe the punishment is, it still cannot bring back her deceased sibling.

"No one can replace my sibling," she said.

2. Hoping for Justice

As the older sister of the late Laura Anna, Greta Irene only hopes to obtain justice for Laura Anna. She believes that the judge will give a fair punishment to Gaga Muhammad.

"Honestly, I don't know how to respond to it. With this, I just want justice for my sister. So they know best, the judge knows best, understands all about justice," she said.

Furthermore, Greta Irene does not expect much regarding the case experienced by Gaga Muhammad, which caused her sibling to become paralyzed.

"The hope for her (Laura) to recover," Laura concluded.

4. Proceed with the Continuation of the Trial

The defendant, Gaga Muhammad, has undergone a continuation of the trial for a traffic accident case on Tuesday (28/12/2021). Held at the East Jakarta District Court, the trial was scheduled to hear the testimony of a doctor witness from the Public Prosecutor's Office (JPU).

In the trial, both parents of Gaga Muhammad, Janariah and Asep Yusman, were present to witness their child's trial directly. Not only the family of Gaga Muhammad attended the trial directly.

5. Annoyed

Laura Anna's sister, Greta Irene, also attended Gaga Muhammad's trial directly. After the trial, Greta admitted to being annoyed by seeing her sister's ex-boyfriend. However, she held back her emotions because she realized that nothing could be undone.

6. Hold Anger

Seeing Gaga in court directly, Greta Irene couldn't do anything even though the 21-year-old man had paralyzed her sister, Laura Anna.

"What should I do? Actually, it means that because of how I have to see him taking my sister's life, what should I do? I can't do anything, should I punch him in front of everyone? That's impossible," she said.
