Giring Ganesha Appreciates the Festivity and Care in the 3 Decade Celebration of Indosiar

The 30th anniversary celebration of Indosiar became a moment filled with festivity and care. The Deputy Minister of Culture, Giring Ganesha, was present at the Grand Concert for the 3 Decade Anniversary of Indosiar Extraordinary on the first day, Friday (1/10/2025), at Emtek City Studio, Daan Mogot, West Jakarta.

Giring admitted to being impressed by the large scale of the event held over three consecutive days, from January 10 to 12, 2025. For Giring, this shows Indosiar's commitment to providing quality entertainment along with social actions that have a positive impact.

"What’s most amazing is that it’s held for 3 consecutive days. I like that Indosiar not only celebrates with excitement but also engages in social activities like tree planting and donations for MSMEs. It’s extraordinary," said Giring.

He added that Indosiar not only provides the best entertainment but also continues to share with the community. This reflects a social responsibility that deserves appreciation.

"Continuously giving, giving, giving the best shows also for the Indonesian people," added Giring.

Giring also highlighted Indosiar's consistency in promoting Indonesian culture through its outstanding programs. One example is the Dangdut Academy program, which has become an icon of dangdut music in the country.

"I see that Indosiar always promotes culture. The simplest example is that there are many variety show activities; Dangdut Academy is part of the culture. There is also Golden Memories, which is also part of the culture," explained Giring.

According to Giring, the sustainability of these programs demonstrates Indosiar's dedication to cultural preservation. Not only music, but also soap operas that incorporate traditional values have become an important part of their broadcasts.

"Indosiar's music events are always amazing. I remember many soap operas about culture. From the beginning, Indosiar's commitment to culture has been extraordinary," he said.

On the same occasion, Giring also reminisced about his career journey with Indosiar. He thanked the television station for providing a platform for Nidji to perform at the start of their career, even before their first album was released.

"Thank you Indosiar for supporting my career, the first time I performed at PESTA. At that time, Nidji hadn't released an album yet, just signed with Musica. Then every time Indosiar's anniversary, I was invited. If there was a Gebyar event, I was invited too. Pop Academy, D'Star, The Voice. Indosiar always supports me, thank you," said Giring.
