Gisella Anastasia Reveals the Biggest Challenges in Running Her Various Businesses

"I don't have any business background, I learn everything on my own from experience, from failures. I rebuild, fail again, and learn again to be better," she continued.

"Finding HR, human resources. That's really tough," said Gisella.

"Just keep fighting, stay motivated. Also, develop strategies. Look around as well to avoid falling behind, different fields have different challenges," she concluded.
