Grand Final of Bigo Star Academy Will Be Held Tonight, Starting from Ivan Gunawan to Nikita Mirzani Will Participate!

On August 19, 2021, the online audition phase ended to find the top 8 participants of Bigo Star Academy. Then, the top 8 phase of Bigo Star Academy took place from August 22-28, 2021 at Sotis Kemang Hotel, South Jakarta. In this round, the participants began to sharpen their respective talents by being trained by coaches to prepare themselves for the grand final later.

Participants who have singing talent include Refita Mega, Vista Vani, Jeje Silly, and Gieya Alexandra. For participants who have dancing talent, there are Cuk Dance, Ayu Aulia and Rafadya, and DJ USA, the last participant who has expertise in the field of Disk Jockey. In the top 8 phase of Bigo Star Academy, in terms of singing, they have been directly taught by Rieka Roslan, Lucky Idol, Doddy Katamsi. They also received training such as choreography from Rafael Tan and style direction from Adi Surantha.

In addition, participants gained knowledge about public speaking, interpersonal skills, table manners from Choky Sitohang and also received acting classes from Indra Bekti and Nikita Mirzani. Participants also had the opportunity to act alongside top artist Nikita Mirzani. The evening activities for the participants ended with a sharing session on sex education by Zoya Amirin and a deeper self-introduction by Endah Hefeni Triwijayanti, or better known as EHT.

In each training session, the coaches give extra points to the participants who become their favorites at the end of the training session. These points can improve the participants' ranking in Bigo Star Academy. During the judging, the participants showcase their respective talents in front of Ivan Gunawan. After that, the participants are given constructive comments and suggestions to prepare them for their desired talents to be performed in the grand final.

During the event, the participants appeared tired with a very packed schedule. But they also seemed enthusiastic to participate in the training directly from the coaches because they want to give their best in the grand final. The grand final event will be held at the ballroom of Sotis Hotel Kemang, Jakarta, tonight, August 29, 2021.

The winner of Bigo Star Academy will receive a total prize worth hundreds of millions of rupiah. The winner will be chosen as the 3rd place, The Winner of Bigo Star Academy, with a prize of Rp 50 million, Runner Up 1 will receive Rp 30 million, and Runner Up 2 will receive Rp 20 million. All participants will have the opportunity to get an exclusive contract from Bigo Live for 1 year with a monthly salary. The management family also has the opportunity to recruit the Top 8 participants of Bigo Star Academy after this event ends.
