The first hearing of the domestic violence (KDRT) case with the defendant Armor Toreador, husband of the artist Cut Intan Nabila, was held at the Cibinong District Court, Bogor, West Java, on Monday (28/10/2024).

Getting out of the prison van wearing a prison outfit and handcuffed, Armor still smiled at the media waiting for him. Before entering the courtroom, Armor also made an open statement. He expressed his apologies for his actions.

"So there are four points that I would like to convey on this occasion. The first is that I want to express my deepest apologies to my wife and children. I hope and I apologize because I have not been able to be a good father and husband figure," said Armor at the Cibinong District Court, Monday (28/10/2024).

Not only to his wife and children, Armor also apologized to his wife's extended family. Especially to Cut Intan Nabila's father who is in Aceh, Armor hopes that communication in the future can improve for the sake of their children's future.

"Then the second point I want to express my deepest apologies to my wife's extended family, to her father who lives in Aceh, I hope that communication can run smoothly in the future for the sake of the future and development of the children," he said.

Armor's apology is also directed to his extended family, who have always supported him and his small family. He expressed deep gratitude and guilt to his parents.

"Then thirdly, on behalf of my wife and children, I want to extend my sincerest apologies to my extended family, my mom and dad who have loved me, my wife, and my children for the past five years," he said.

Additionally, Armor concluded his statement by apologizing to the Indonesian public and the media. He emphasized that from the beginning he willingly accepted the legal process he underwent, without filing any legal resistance.

"Lastly, I would like to apologize to the entire Indonesian community, to the journalists, to the media. From the beginning, God willing, there will be no resistance from me," he said.

"From the moment I was designated as a suspect, I have never requested restorative justice or a pretrial because, God willing, I sincerely accept the consequences of what I have done," he concluded.
