Hanung Bramantyo and Zaskia Adya Mecca Reveal Reasons for Choosing the Name Bhaj Kama for Their 5th Child

Actually, Hanung wanted to give names to their children with all the first names starting with A. But over time, he ended up giving names starting with the letter B for boys and K for girls.

"For boys, the first letter is B, for girls, the first letter is K. So, it's just normal," said Zaskia in a video sent to the media.

Apart from the initial letter issue, another reason Hanung and Zaskia chose the name Bhaj Kama is because it comes from the Sanskrit language. Hanung has liked this ancient language for a long time and has given his children names from this language.

"Because I like names from Sanskrit. I want to find names that are not difficult to spell. Kama, Kala are not difficult to spell. I want something simple," said Hanung.

In addition to being easy to pronounce, the meaning of the name Bhaj Kama itself is also good. Hanung and Zaskia carefully chose it before giving it to their youngest child.
