Happiness and Gratitude of Nirina Zubir, 6 Certificates of Her House Returned to Her Hands After Being Stolen by Former ART

Kapanlagi.com - Artist Nirina Zubir and her husband, Ernest Cokelat, visited the Ministry of ATR/BPN office in South Jakarta on Wednesday (29/5/2024). The arrival of the Keluarga Cemara film actress was to receive two land certificates that had been a problem with land mafia.

The certificates were handed directly by Minister of ATR/BPN, Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY), to Nirina. AHY gave two certificates after four had been returned to Nirina for the first time.

"In the name of justice that has been sought and together attended and sought solutions by the Ministry of ATR/BPN, especially in the DKI Jakarta area, especially in West Jakarta," said AHY in his office on Wednesday (29/5/2024).

"We are pleased to announce that today everything has actually been handed over, meaning there are 6 ownership certificates (HGU) that belong to the extended family," AHY added.

1. Struggling for 6 Years

In this opportunity, Nirina Zubir is grateful and happy after the six land certificates owned by her late mother have been returned. Nirina feels that this is an achievement that deserves to be grateful for because it can be evidence that she can fight against land mafia.

"The struggle started after Nirina's mother passed away, around 2018 or 2019. The process took place this year after going through three figures of the Ministry of Agrarian and Spatial Planning and finally in our minister, we were able to resolve it and Alhamdulillah," said Nirina.

2. Nirina's Case

As known, two land certificates owned by Nirina Zubir's mother were embezzled by Riri Khasmita, her former domestic helper. The two certificates were then divided into six certificates, all under the names of Riri and her husband.

After reporting this matter several years ago, Riri has been found guilty and imprisoned for proven document embezzlement.
