Has Been Investigated Regarding Alleged Embezzlement Case, Tiko Aryawardhana Asks Not to Involve BCL's Name

Kapanlagi.com - The South Jakarta Metro Police have completed the examination of Tiko Pradipta Aryawardhana, the husband of singer Bunga Citra Lestari (BCL), regarding an alleged embezzlement case involving Rp 6.9 billion. This examination was conducted as part of the investigator's efforts to gather further evidence.

Tiko, who was examined as a witness, will be re-examined on Tuesday (16/7/2024) to bring new evidence that can support the investigation. South Jakarta Metro Police Criminal Investigation Unit Chief, AKBP Bintoro, stated that Tiko has provided useful information and that the further examination will assist in the ongoing investigation process.

This case is still under investigation and the police continue to make efforts to uncover all the facts related to the alleged embezzlement. Tiko has urged not to involve BCL in this matter.

1. Don't Want BCL to be Involved

Tiko said that he himself is responsible for all actions taken and does not want BCL to be involved in this matter.

"Alhamdulillah, today's examination is complete. I want to inform friends that if this is my problem with my ex-wife, it has nothing to do with Bunga," said Tiko Aryawardhana after the examination.

2. Please Do Not Use BCL's Photo

Tiko seems to be very protective of his wife, BCL. He even emphasizes that BCL has no connection to him and his ex-wife, AW.

"So please do not mention BCL or use her photo in the coverage of this issue, thank you," he said.

3. Already Revealed Facts during Investigation

Tiko also stated that he has provided honest information to the police and will continue to cooperate with investigators to reveal all the facts related to this case.

"We hope that today's testimony can deepen or provide new evidence to refute all the accusations made by the complainant against our client, Mr. Tiko," said Irfan Aghasar.

4. Deny Embezzlement Allegations

Tiko Pradipta Aryawardhana has denied allegations of embezzling funds amounting to Rp 6.9 billion made by his ex-wife. He stated that all these allegations can be proven through bank statements.

"All the needs for business capital, and we can prove one by one the flow of funds through bank statements," said Irfan Aghasar.
