Haven't Acted in a Soap Opera for a Long Time, Aliando Syarief Surprised to Take a Swab Test Before Filming 'Keajaiban Cinta'

Kapanlagi.com - Artist Aliando Syarief returns to acting in a soap opera after being on hiatus for several years. Aliando was chosen to be the main cast in the soap opera 'Keajaiban Cinta' on SCTV. Of course, Aliando's presence was well received by fans who had been eagerly awaiting his acting on the screen.

Aliando Syarief said that not everyone who supported him appeared on the screen. Instead, Aliando saw taking on the soap opera 'Keajaiban Cinta' as the right step to return to acting in soap operas after being on hiatus for several years.

"When I first entered, my friends were surprised. They asked, 'Are you serious about acting again?' 'Yes, why?' I said this is the right step for me. So the response was mixed, some liked it and some had question marks because stripping has a different way of doing things compared to movies," Aliando said during a virtual press conference on Thursday (6/3/2021).

1. Swab Test

Aliando felt many differences when he returned to shooting stripping, one of which was the mandatory swab test before take. Aliando admitted to being surprised when he was told that everyone involved in the soap opera 'Keajaiban Cinta' routinely undergoes a swab test.

"During this pandemic, I was really surprised. At that time, when I entered the SinemaArt office, I asked, and some actors came in, we were talking and they said there is a swab test once a week. I forgot that there was a corona pandemic," Aliando said.

"I immediately looked back and said, 'huh?' 'Oh, really?' I was shocked, 'huh, once a week getting swabbed' means getting swabbed, so 'oh, I see'. Masks are mandatory. But we shoot according to the existing protocols, so it's safe, God willing," Aliando continued.

2. First Experience

This is Aliando's first experience shooting a soap opera during the Covid 19 pandemic. Aliando said that he had never experienced shooting a soap opera with such strict health protocols before.

"Previously, never, we kept our distance on set. And now, if there are people watching, they have to keep their distance," Aliando concluded.

In the soap opera Keajaiban Cinta, Aliando acts alongside Sitha Marino. He plays the role of Darwin while Shita Marino portrays the character Tiana. This latest SCTV soap opera has been airing since Monday, May 24, 2021 at 21:30 WIB.
