Having Experienced Hormonal Disorders, Fitri Tropica is Grateful that Her Illness Did Not Affect Her Second Pregnancy

Kapanlagi.com - Fitri Tropica apparently experienced hormonal disorders or Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) after giving birth to her first child. Because of this, Fitri Tropica and her husband, Irvan Hanafi, had to postpone their desire to have a second child.

Despite this, after undergoing treatment and regular consultation with their doctor, they finally got the result they wanted. In early 2022, they were blessed with a new baby.

1. Treatment

"When I had my first child, I had PCOS and needed treatment. At that time, we consulted with a doctor every 3 months. After waiting for 5 years, Alhamdulillah (thank God), we were blessed with a child," said Fitri Tropica when met at RSIA Bina Medika, Bintaro, on Wednesday (13/4).

"That's why this second one was a surprise. We planned to start consulting again in early 2022 because Sada had already been weaned and we wanted to have a second child while we still remembered how to hold a baby. But before the treatment, we found out that we were already pregnant, Alhamdulillah," she continued.

2. No Effect

Fitri Tropica also said that the disease she had did not affect her second pregnancy at all. The woman, who is familiarly called Fitrop, admitted that after her second pregnancy, she planned not to have any more children.

"It doesn't seem to have any effect. Two children are enough, right? I'm not curious about having a son. If we want to go out or do something, two children are enough. If we have three, it would be too much," she said.

3. Not Planning to Have More Children

Not planning to have more children does not mean that she is not capable of giving birth again. Therefore, Fitri Tropica admitted that she was very relieved after giving birth for the second time.

"To be honest, being pregnant and giving birth are more painful than before. Last time, maybe because the baby was quite big, I was really old and couldn't go anywhere at home, and I even had false contractions and had to go to the emergency room, but after giving birth, I felt relieved," she concluded.
