The actress, commonly known as Nyai, revealed that she is suffering from a serious pain in her neck that poses a threat to vital organs such as her brain and heart.

This health issue was revealed after she attended a follow-up hearing in the alleged extortion and money laundering case. According to her, this condition is a result of a previous neck surgery that has now flared up due to conditions in detention.

1. There is Calcification

"So I had neck surgery, there is calcification in the 5th vertebra, I already have a plate. But because I slept in detention, the mattress isn't the same as in my room, so there was a shift and a lump," he said after the trial at the South Jakarta District Court on Thursday (11/10/2025).

This condition requires him to undergo intensive physiotherapy for six weeks. If there is no improvement, then surgery will be the only way out.

"Well, I have to do physiotherapy for 6 weeks first. If there is still narrowing, then I will have surgery later, that’s the follow-up," he added.

"Because the spinal cord in the neck has 2 cables like wires, 1 goes to the brain, 1 to the heart, if it gets tighter and tighter, God forbid, hopefully not, there won't be any Nikita Mirzani," she stated seriously.

5. Since at the Police Headquarters

Nikita admitted that she actually felt this illness since she was still detained at the Police Headquarters, but her condition worsened after being transferred to the detention center.

"The pain actually started when I was at the police for a month. I was just being detained, like that," she explained.

Now, she has submitted a request to the panel of judges to undergo physiotherapy outside of prison, as that facility is not available inside.

"There is none in prison. It was recommended by the doctor, Ma'am," she concluded.
