Highlight of the Excitement of the Local Creative Award 2020 Final: Flood of Prizes and Karaoke with Tiara and Maliq & d'Essentials

Kapanlagi.com - The final round of the 2020 Local Creative Award, which took place for two days, was very exciting for KLovers. The series of events was truly inspiring because there was a two-way communication between the participants and the panel of experienced Judges and Creative Icons who were present as panelists. There were a total of 18 finalists who presented their profile videos and gained important insights from the experienced judges during the Q&A session.

18 Finalists Share Inspiration with a Panel of Experienced Judges

On the first day on October 18, 2020, there were nine finalists from three categories that were featured. From the Fashion category, there were Balabalabear, Ezmour, and Semilir Ecoprint; then from the Photography category, there were Kotak Narsis, Mball Digital, and Smagz Studio/ Fireworks Photography; and from the Performance category, there were Baskoro Manjer Kawuryan, Congwayndut (Keroncong Wayang Gendut), and Serumpun Lima Studio.

Then on the second day, which was held on October 25, 2020, there were also nine finalists from three categories. They were Dapur Chantique, Dewi Home Crab, and Wayo Strawberry from the Culinary category; Aceh Documentary, Kisahbersama Studio, and Riplay Studio for the Video category; and Bangsawan Indonesia Tekstil, Dekardekorshop, and Tenuneboon from the Craft category.

The eighteen finalists successfully presented the best presentations of the innovations they had brought in front of the leading panel of judges. The panel of judges consisted of Daniel Tumiwa (Chairman of the 2020 Local Creative Award Judges), Hafid Hadeli (CEO of Adira Finance), Yuana Rochma Astuti (Director of Marketing for Creative Economy, Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy of the Republic of Indonesia), Swandajani Gunadi (Director of HR and Marketing at Adira Finance), Rachmat Kaimuddin (CEO of Bukalapak), Steve Christian (CEO of Kapanlagi Youniverse).

Not only prominent judges, the 2020 Local Creative Award also presented several creative icons from their respective fields. Such as Sisca Soewitomo (Culinary), Fajar Nugros (Video), Joko Avianto (Craft), Nonita Respati (Fashion), Indra Yudhistira (Performance), and Darwis Triadi (Photography).

One interesting question was asked by one of the judges, Steve Christian, to Arif Baskoro from Baskoro Manjer Kawuryan Theater.

“It was mentioned earlier that the income could be around IDR 30 million per month, what was the impact during the pandemic?” asked Steve Christian.

To answer this question, Arif revealed his strategy, “To survive, we ended up brainstorming by creating Instagram content every Friday night. There we created a recitation of poetry, theater, and there we opened a donation as sincerely as possible," answered Arif.

Then the Chairman of the Jury, Daniel Tumewa, also asked about new ways in the pandemic to reach more audiences.

"Have you found a new way for more people to enjoy it?" asked Daniel.

Then Arif gave an answer about his collaboration project with Kampung Batara in Banyuwangi.

"Yesterday we collaborated via Live Instagram with Kampung Batara in Banyuwangi."

Then another judge, Rachmat Kaimuddin, also asked about what motivates Arif to uphold consistency in the field of art. With enthusiasm, he talked about his love for art that has grown since childhood.

"Alhamdulillah, in our environment, we have been living in an artistic environment since birth. And our village is also very historical for the establishment of the palace. So, since childhood, we have been exposed to various arts. From there, I myself have become fond of art," answered Arif.

Not only judging, the final of the Kreatif Lokal Award 2020 is also filled with prize sessions for the audience who watch on Vidio.com. For the Live Quiz session, a total of 50 winners were selected who successfully received special prizes in this Adira Finance initiation event. In the final round on October 18, 2020, Tiara Andini invites you to sing karaoke together with a series of hit songs and her super emotional performances. Among them are 365, Gemintang Hatiku, and also Maafkan Aku #TerlanjurMencinta.

Meanwhile, in the final round on October 25, 2020, Maliq & d'Essentials invites the audience at home to dance while singing songs like Senja Teduh Pelita, Memori, and so on.
