Although not going out of business, the man born on May 10, 1982 is grateful because his durian fruit selling business can still support his family and employees to survive.

"I don't care about profits anymore, what's important is that it can continue, friends can work and buy food for their children, that's it. Currently, there are only a few employees left. Still above 10," he concluded.

Not only Ucok Baba had to let go of some employees due to the ongoing pandemic. Some time ago, Inul Daratista also had to lay off several employees who had been working for her.

"I had to lay off all employees in Jakarta. I'm sorry. Because it's been eight months, please understand. In Jakarta, there are more than 20 outlets, and each outlet has 75 employees. If there are more than 20 outlets, you can calculate the number (affected by layoffs) yourself. Currently, there are more expenses than profits because we don't have any revenue or profit," said Inul, when met in the Kapten Tendean area on Tuesday (11/3/2020).
