Hotman Paris Furious His Name Was Taken to Invite EXO and BTS Boybands

Kapanlagi.com - Recently, Twitter users were stirred up by a tweet from an account claiming to be Hotman Paris. The account with the username @htmnparis plans to invite 2 popular boybands from Korea to Indonesia after the end of the corona pandemic.

Not only that, the account, which also posted a photo of Hotman Paris, claimed to be giving away merchandise such as albums and lightsticks to fans. Although many fans doubt the truth of the tweet, there are also many who hope that the statement is true.

"I have plans to invite the boybands @BTS_twt and @weareoneEXO to Indonesia after the corona situation is under control. Anyone here who likes BTS and EXO? Should I buy albums or lightsticks for you? Let's start with 500 people, then my assistant will DM you," wrote the @htmnparis account.

1. Turns Out to be a Hoax

Shortly after, it was revealed that the tweet was actually just a hoax. Hotman Paris clarified this himself through his official Instagram account.

"Hoax!! Not Hotman Paris' Twitter! Hoaxxxxxxxxxxxx! Those who feel deceived, please report to Twitter! Misusing Hotman's name!" Hotman wrote in the caption of his post.

As known, this is not the first time Hotman Paris' name has been exploited by irresponsible individuals. This is because the lawyer from Laguboti, North Sumatra, is very popular and known to be extremely wealthy.
