The household of Sabyan Gambus keyboardist, Ahmad Fairus alias Ayus, is currently in the spotlight. This is because his wife, Eri Fitriyah alias Ririe Fairus, surprisingly filed for divorce. Â
Eri Fitriyah's divorce lawsuit against her husband is registered in the North Jakarta Religious Court since January 27, 2021, with case number 301/padt.G/2021/PA JAKUT.
In the lawsuit documents, Eri Fitriyah, who has been married to Ayus Sabyan since October 13, 2012, and has been blessed with two children, only filed for divorce, without including any other claims such as child custody and division of assets.
"Based on our examination of the lawsuit documents, there is only a divorce claim, without child custody and division of assets," said Agus Abdullah, the spokesperson of the North Jakarta Religious Court, at his office on Wednesday (17/2/2021). Â
Agus Abdullah said that when filing for divorce, Eri Fitriyah was not accompanied by a lawyer.
"Mas Ahmad Fairus' wife did not use a lawyer, registered herself and even attended the first session by herself," he said.
