Iis Dahlia's Child's Comparison of Korean and Indian People Sparks Controversy

In one of her IG Story posts, Iis was seen spending time alone with her daughter. On that occasion, the 47-year-old woman suggested Salsha to watch an Indian movie. Salsha then made a comment that was deemed inappropriate.

"It's not better to watch Korean movies, they are more enjoyable to watch, cleaner," said Salsha in the IG Story post.

1. Salsha Admits Mistake

Salsha's statement was deemed racist by netizens and eventually became a topic of discussion. Not wanting this issue to drag on, Salsha finally made a clarification and admitted her mistake.

"I have supported racial diversity since I was an exchange student in high school. My words are not something that can be easily forgiven and I feel hypocritical," wrote Salsha in English on her IG Story post.

2. Unaware of Being Recorded

Upon investigation, it was revealed that Salsha was unaware of being recorded at that time. However, regardless of that, she still feels guilty and apologizes for her mistake.

"I didn't realize I was being recorded, but that is not an excuse for what I have said. I sincerely apologize for my mistake and I hope I can learn from this incident," she concluded.

3. Sprayed by Kareena Kapoor Fanbase Account

Salsha's controversial statement has finally reached the ears of a well-known Bollywood actress, Kareena Kapoor's fanbase account. The account then commented on Salsha's apology with a rather firm language.

"Next time watch your mouth @salshaindradjaja before you say something," wrote Instagram account @therealkareenakapoor.
