The puzzle regarding the extent of the relationship between Inara Rusli and Insanul Fahmi has finally been revealed. In a press conference held in North Jakarta, Inara's attorney, Putra Kurniadi, confirmed that his client had indeed conducted a religious marriage with Insanul.
This decision was made due to Insanul's seriousness and the desire to avoid sin because of the increasing frequency of their meetings. The religious marriage took place on August 7, 2025.
According to the explanation from the legal team, the marriage was attended by family members from both sides. At that time, Inara felt confident because Insanul had introduced his family and showed good intentions to build a household. Inara had no suspicions at all because Insanul at that time claimed to be single.
"So, the unofficial marriage took place on August 7, 2025. Yes, it was attended by both families, from brother Ihsan and our client’s side," said Putra Kurniadi to the media crew on Friday (28/11/2025).
The reason for the expedited unofficial marriage was based on Insanul's own request. The man argued that if they continued to be close until the planned official wedding next year, it would risk causing slander and sin. This religious argument made Inara relent and accept the unofficial proposal.
"Then brother Ihsan said that if we are this close until next year, it could become a sin. Then brother Ihsan suggested, how about we have an unofficial marriage first," added Putra, mimicking Insanul’s words.
Unfortunately, the marriage that was hoped to bring blessings has instead become a source of new problems when Inara discovered Insanul's true status.
Insanul's sweet promise to succeed together is now just a memory after Inara decided to cancel everything.
"Well, brother Ihsan also said there, 'I believe we can move forward and succeed together.' This is what made our client believe," he concluded.
