Inara Rusli Seeks Peace Even Though Wardatina Mawa Rejects Restorative Justice

Kapanlagi.com - Artist Inara Rusli returned to the Polda Metro Jaya to follow up on the legal report involving her with Wardatina Mawa, Tuesday (13/1/2026). Her visit this time aims to respond to the rejection letter of Restorative Justice (RJ) submitted by the opposing party.

Despite the rejection, Inara's side emphasized that they are still open to peace negotiations. Inara hopes their issue can end peacefully.

1. Inara Remains Good-Natured

Inara Rusli's attorney, Daru Quthny, explained that her client remains good-natured in resolving this issue amicably. Inara believes that the peaceful route is the best solution for all parties involved in this dispute.

2. Today Received the Letter of Rejection for Restorative Justice

"Today, we, Inara's legal team along with Inara, visited Renata at the Metro Jaya Police to receive the letter of rejection for RJ from her attorney Mawa," said Daru Quthny at the Metro Jaya Police, Tuesday (13/1/2025).

3. Inara Requests Legal Protection

"And we also request legal protection and consultation to realize Restorative Justice. That is the main goal, just that. So Inara's side still wishes for the implementation of Restorative Justice or peace between us," added Daru Quthny.

4. Inara Does Not Want Children to Be Affected Negatively

The main reason she does not want adult disputes to negatively impact children's development in the future. "Yes, we are still trying and making efforts, indeed our essence is that however we can, we must continue to strive, because this is still related to the children's future as well. So we will make an effort. And we, Inara's legal representatives, believe that, InsyaAllah, reconciliation will happen," she said.

5. No Direct Communication with Mawa's Party Yet

Until now, there has been no direct communication between Inara's legal representatives and Wardatina Mawa's party. Inara is still relying on the police as a bridge to mediate both parties so they can sit together.

"We have not made any communication. We are still asking for assistance from Renakta to help bridge the gap," said Daru.

6. Inara Ready to Meet Mawa

Inara is confirmed to be ready to meet directly with Mawa once there is a green light from the police. This meeting is hoped to be a turning point for the end of this long dispute.

"It's definitely a yes. If it's called peace, there will definitely be a meeting between Inara and Mawa," emphasized Daru.

The legal case between Inara Rusli and Wardatina Mawa until January 2026 relates to allegations of infidelity, adultery, and illegal access. This conflict began with Mawa's accusation that her husband, Insanul Fahmi, was having an illicit relationship with Inara Rusli.

Until now, Wardatina Mawa's side still refuses to make peace. Meanwhile, Inara has withdrawn her report to the police regarding the alleged falsification of status by Insanul Fahmi.
