Inge Anugrah Says Ari Wibowo has no Emotional Connection with Children, Leaves for Work in the Afternoon and Returns at Dawn

Ari's routine outside the house starts in the afternoon and he only finishes work and arrives at their home in the morning. That is one of the reasons why Inge wants to fight for custody of their children. Moreover, she has been the one taking care of the children all this time because she has devoted herself as a housewife.

"Because all this time, Mrs. Inge has been taking care of all the children, from morning until night. Taking them to school, taking responsibility at school, everything, Mrs. Inge," said Thomas Ola Lamaroang, Inge's legal representative after the trial at South Jakarta District Court, Monday (17/7/2023).

"As for Mr. Ari himself, why can't he do the same because his life is from 1:00 PM to 3:00 AM, outside, so if we give custody responsibility to the plaintiff, the defendant is worried that the children will not be taken care of, psychologically," he added.

1. Inge Afraid of Neglected Children

Therefore, Thomas mentioned that the emotional closeness of the children is greater towards Inge compared to Ari. Inge is afraid that if custody falls to Ari with his same job activities, the children could be neglected with all their affairs.

"Yes, every day. Yes, we as the defendant and the mother of the victim feel that because of the routine activities that continue every day from 1 pm to 3 am, it means there is no attention to the child," she expressed.

"Who will wake up at 1 am to take the child to school? Who will cook and prepare? It is indeed a plea from Mrs. Inge to be given attention because she wants the child to continue receiving good attention," she continued.

2. Inge Afraid of Losing Access to Meet the Children

Currently, Inge no longer lives with Ari, but still has access to meet her children. However, she is afraid that it will change when Ari legally obtains custody.

"What we are concerned about is if there is no court determination regarding this, Mrs. Inge's access might be denied temporarily, while she has been the one providing attention to the children's education, cooking, and being there every day for Mrs. Inge. Mrs. Inge simply requests to have this if possible," she concluded.
