Initially Less Active, Irwansyah Feels Many Positive Things After Exercising

Together with some of his friends, Irwan is often seen cycling around the Jakarta area. This soon-to-be father admits that during the early days of the pandemic, he was one of those who were less active.

"From being less active during the pandemic to now racing to be healthy, and it turns out that I am the most physically tired, hahaha," he wrote in his Instagram post a while ago.

Starting to actively exercise, especially cycling, Irwansyah realized that this activity brings many positive things. Including being able to build relationships even with people he hasn't met for a long time.

"But MasyaAllah, the exercise brings so many positive things, so I can build relationships even with friends whom I haven't met for a long time," he said.

2. Gift from Wife

Irwansyah's cycling hobby is fully supported by his wife. In fact, some time ago, Zaskia Sungkar gave a special surprise to Irwan. Shireen Sungkar's sister bought a new bike at a considerable price.

"MasyaAllah, today I got a surprise from my wife, suddenly she bought me a bike. When asked what the occasion was, she just said she's happy when her husband is happy," Irwan wrote.
