Kapanlagi.com - Tirta Mandira Hudhi, or better known as Doctor Tirta, finally agreed to become a witness in Jerinx SID's case regarding threats through electronic media. Tirta is scheduled to give testimony in the next trial on Wednesday, February 9, 2022.
This was conveyed by Jerinx SID's legal representative when interviewed at the Central Jakarta District Court on Monday, February 7. He mentioned that Doctor Tirta will reveal a series of events that occurred between Jerinx SID and Adam Deni.

"So it is confirmed that there are no urgent obstacles. Doctor Tirta will come on Wednesday. I met him last Sunday," said Sugeng, Jerinx SID's Legal Counsel.
"He stated that he will fulfill his duty as a good citizen, providing testimony in court to reveal the truth of this legal event," he continued.

The presence of Doctor Tirta as a witness in the case involving Nora Alexandra's husband apparently became a ray of light for the 44-year-old drummer. Initially, Doctor Tirta himself refused this request, but now he is willing to testify for the continuation of the trial of the case reported by Adam Deni.
"This is what happens when it comes to bargaining because of a mindset that follows Adam Deni's mindset. Doctor Tirta wants to convey the truth without asking for anything. He said, 'I have the potential not to be demanded by Adam Deni's group, including his lawyer.' I said that giving testimony is fulfilling a legal duty. Nothing can disturb or intervene, except lying in court," said Sugeng.
However, it is still unknown why Dr. Tirta suddenly changed his mind. Jerinx's party said that this should be asked to Dr. Tirta in the next trial.
"He will explain it himself. I am not authorized to disclose his reasons until he is willing. Ask on Wednesday," said Sugeng.
Meanwhile, in the same opportunity, Jerinx SID feels happy that Dr. Tirta is finally willing to give his testimony. He believes that Dr. Tirta understands the case that he is involved in.
"Well, that's good. It's good that he understands this case," Jerinx SID concluded.
