Irish Bella and Ammar Zoni Expected to Attend Divorce Hearing, Court Will Try to Reconcile Them

Kapanlagi.com - The first hearing of the divorce between Irish Bella and Ammar Zoni apparently took place on Thursday, November 17, 2023. Unfortunately, the 27-year-old woman as the plaintiff did not attend and was only represented by her legal counsel.

Ammar Zoni, who is the defendant, also did not attend the mediation session held at the Religious Court of Depok, West Java. As a result, the hearing was postponed and continued on Thursday, November 23, 2023.

1. Send Summons

The court itself has sent a summons to Irish Bella and Ammar Zoni. It is hoped that both of them can attend in order to find a solution to their problems, so that their marriage can return to how it used to be.

"The presence must come for the plaintiff, because they are the ones who filed, but for the defendant, it is their right to come or not, but we hope they come," said M Kamal Syarif, Public Relations Officer of the Religious Court of Depok, at his office on Monday (21/11/2023).

"The panel of judges in every trial is obliged to mediate according to the provisions of the divorce law, it is possible that in the next trial Irish Bella will be peaceful again, her heart will be at ease, because remember their children are still young, right, let's pray that their marriage can be good again and achieve the best solution for both of them, because what they hope for is justice," added M Kamal.

2. Called to Undergo Mediation

Ammar Zoni himself was said to have been sent a summons by M Kamal to attend the Depok Religious Court for mediation with his wife. However, everything was returned to the father of the two children, whether he wanted to attend or not.

"There has been no response, the important thing is that the religious court has summoned him and it is Ammar Zoni's right to attend, because to defend everyone's rights, they have the right to be heard in court to obtain justice," said M Kamal firmly.

3. Irish Bella Must Come

Meanwhile, for Irish Bella, the court requires her presence in the trial. This is because the person with the birth name Yrish Jetty Drink de Beule filed for divorce against her husband.

"Because this is an order from justice, and it must be attended, whether willingly or not, it must be attended because it is an order from the judge," he concluded.
