It's Not an Easy Task, Venna Melinda's Prayer for Verrell Bramasta Who Was Elected as a Member of the Indonesian House of Representatives

Kapanlagi.com - Venna Melinda expressed her gratitude for the success of her son, Verrell Bramasta, who was elected as a member of the Indonesian House of Representatives for the 2024-2029 term. Verrell successfully made it to Senayan after collecting 94,810 votes in the electoral district (Dapil) of West Java VII in the 2024 Legislative Election (Pileg), from a total of 223 thousand votes obtained by his party in the region.

As someone who has been involved in politics for a long time, Venna Melinda revealed that she often took Verrell Bramasta out into the field since he was little. According to Venna, through these experiences, Verrell learned that treating people with humanity is the key to achieving success in life.

"What’s certain is to be grateful to God, because since they were little, I took my children to the Dapil, to the under-bridge areas, to marginalized children. So they already know that if we want to live successfully, we must treat people with humanity," said Venna Melinda in the Tendean area, South Jakarta, Wednesday (10/9/2024).

Venna feels grateful because her children have had amazing life experiences. Before diving into the world of politics, Verrell also had a taste of the entertainment industry. She sees Verrell's success as a result of hard work and the experiences gained over time.

"Alhamdulillah Allah gave Verrell the opportunity in entertainment, Athala is the same. Verrell is becoming a member of the Indonesian House of Representatives, he will be inaugurated next month," said Venna.

2. Must Have Principles

Venna also explained that in the world of politics, having strong principles and intentions is very important. She believes that if a politician truly has a sincere intention for the welfare of the community, then they will be well accepted by the society.

"So, in politics, the most important thing is to have strong principles and a genuine intention. Insya Allah, if you work for the community and it is beneficial, the politics will resonate well with the society," she explained.

3. Wishing the Best for Verrell

As a mother, Venna Melinda always prays for the best for Verrell Bramasta. She hopes Verrell can carry out his duties as a member of the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR RI) to the best of his ability, realizing that this responsibility is not easy.

"I always pray for him to be a trustworthy member of the DPR, because this is not an easy task," concluded Venna Melinda.
