Jennifer Coppen's Dream House and Late Husband Ready for Occupancy This Ramadan, Mixed Feelings

This is also her first Ramadan without the presence of her husband, Yitta Dali Wassink. As is known, Dali Wassink passed away in a single-vehicle accident in Bali on July 18, 2024, two days before his 23rd birthday.

"Of course, there is sadness because it will be the first Ramadan without Papa Dali (Dali Wassink) and I never got to celebrate with him," said Jennifer Coppen in Gandaria City, Wednesday (26/2/2025).

In the midst of that sadness, Jennifer finds happiness in the process of completing the new house she built with Dali Wassink.

2. Grateful That the House is Finished

"But there is happiness because Alhamdulillah the house that I built with Papa Dali is almost finished and we will be living in it this Ramadan," she said.

This single mother said that the house is nearly 90% complete and is planned to be occupied during this Ramadan.

"We will celebrate together as a family in our new house, which is already 90% done, we just need to set up the furniture,' she said.

3. Designed with an Industrial Concept

This house is designed with an industrial house concept, showcasing the aesthetics of an unfinished building. Every detail, from the choice of stone, color, to design, was selected together by Jennifer and Dali.

"The concept I like is something like an industrial house, so it looks like a building that is not finished yet," Jennifer explained.

For Jennifer, every corner of this house has sentimental value because of Dali's active role in the construction process. She hopes this house will become a permanent residence for her family.

4. Every Side of the House Feels Special

"Every side of the house is special because it was really Papa Dali who chose everything, from the stones, choosing the colors, choosing the designs, I really chose everything with Papa Dali," she said.

"We want this house to be the house we build to be our forever home," she concluded.

The facilities offered in this house are quite impressive. From comfortable bedrooms, a spacious living room, to a fun play area for children. Jennifer certainly wants to give the best for her children, and this house is the answer.
