Jennifer Dunn Officially Divorced from Her First Husband Bobby Michael

Kapanlagi.com - The marriage status of Jennifer Dunn with her first husband Bobby Michael Reza is finally clear. They are now officially divorced after the court hearing at the Cibinong Religious Court on Wednesday (10/6).

“(Today) was the witness and evidence hearing. It was for the divorce case of Ms. Jeje and Mr. Boby. The judge read the verdict during the hearing. Fortunately, Ms. Jeje and Mr. Boby are officially divorced,” said A Suprihatin SH, Jennifer Dunn's legal representative, after the hearing.

1. Closed Hearing

In this verdict hearing, Jennifer Dunn was also present and she is pleased with the decision because it is in line with her expectations.

“Mbak Jeje is present. The hearing is closed. The other party did not attend. We also did not ask for their reasons. What is clear is that there has been a summons from PA Cibinong,” said A Suprihatin SH.

2. Opportunity for Appeal

“I am certainly very happy about this. Because legally, there is no longer any relationship with the government. Although in this case, Boby is still given the opportunity to appeal and so on,” he continued.

3. Not Demanding Equal Distribution of Assets

In this divorce, Jennifer Dunn's party also does not demand any marital property. "There is no (demand for marital property). Mbak Jeje only wants to separate," he concluded.

4. Previously Scheduled Mediation

Previously, it was known that Jennifer Dunn filed for divorce from her first husband in January 2020. The legal process continues, including a mediation hearing that was scheduled in April.

"If both parties attend mediation, whoever attends first or second, there will definitely be mediation," said Dede Supriadi, the court clerk of the Cibinong Religious Court in Bogor, West Java, when met at his office on Monday (16/3) last month.
