Jenny Rachman Has Been Named a Suspect in the Alleged Destruction Case Reported by Her Husband

Kapanlagi.com - Senior artist Jenny Rachman apparently has been designated as a suspect in the alleged destruction case at Alia Karenina's house. Alia is the wife of Suprajarto.

Alia and Suprajarto reported Jenny and her sister Rita Rachman to the Pondok Aren Police Station, South Tangerang. Jenny and her sister, who both have been named as suspects, are charged with Article 170 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 406 of the Criminal Code regarding assault and/or destruction offenses.

"The case is being followed up and both individuals have become suspects," said Suprajarto and Alia's legal representative, Johnson Panjaitan, in Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta, recently.

Jenny and her sister have also been sent a summons as suspects. Unfortunately, Jenny and her sister have evaded the summons.

"They were summoned twice, and they have become suspects," said Johnson.

The first time, the police called both of them for questioning on September 26, 2022. At that time, Jenny requested a postponement of the questioning until October 5, 2022.

However, on October 5, 2022, Jenny and Rita were also absent from the questioning. After that, Jenny and Rita's legal counsel sent a Restorative Justice (RJ) Request Letter to the victim on October 7, 2022.

The second summons was issued by the investigator on June 8, 2023. On June 7, 2023, through their legal counsel, Jenny and Rita sent a letter requesting a two-week postponement of the questioning, citing being out of town.

"Jenny Rachman has twice been absent from the questioning as a suspect in the case of assault and/or vandalism as referred to in Article 170 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 406 of the Criminal Code," he said.

2. Spread Everywhere

Suprajarto also recently reported Jenny Rachman to Bareskrim Mabes Polri regarding allegations of theft within the household.

"Because Neti's explanation was that the phone was left behind even though it was a personal phone, that explanation was taken, then brought to the counter and then its contents were announced by Netty," said Jhonson.

"In her press conference, I was very surprised because the contents of the phone were spread everywhere, even though it belonged to Jenny Rachman's husband and it was personal in nature," he concluded.
