Joddy Sentenced to 7 Years in Prison for Killing Vanessa Angel and Bibi Ardiansyah, H Faisal Speaks Out

Kapanlagi.com - The trial of the traffic accident case that caused the deaths of Vanessa Angel and Bibi Ardiansyah with defendant Tubagus Joddy has reached the demand from the Public Prosecutor (JPU). In the trial held at the Jombang District Court, East Java, on Thursday (3/17), the prosecutor demanded Jody to be sentenced to 7 years in prison.

Joddy is considered negligent in driving a four-wheeled vehicle. Because of his mistake, two passengers lost their lives, Vanessa Angel and Bibi Adriansyah.

Regarding the demand, Haji Faisal, who is the father of Bibi Ardiansyah, admitted that he leaves the final decision to the judge to punish Jody for his actions.
 
"Yes, we were asked about the 7-year demand, well, if that's the decision of the judge, our family will accept it,” said Faisal when met in the Kebayoran Baru area, South Jakarta, on Friday (3/18).

"Our child will not return, and we have already gone through the court process. As good citizens, we will follow the legal process," said Dewi Zuhrianti.

3. Trial Still Ongoing

The trial is still ongoing and has not been decided by the judge. That's why Faisal and Dewi don't want to comment too much on the prosecutor's demands.

"If we say whether we are satisfied or not, our satisfaction is only one thing, to have our child back, which is impossible. So now with the legal verdict, we accept it," Faisal concluded.
