Just Finished Built, Ustaz Solmed's Luxury House for Sale at Rp 80 Billion

Kapanlagi.com - Ustaz Solmed's newly built luxury house on a 4,000 m2 land has attracted attention. Nevertheless, the husband of April Jasmine does not rule out the possibility of selling it as long as the price is right.

"I classify it, if someone offers Rp 80 billion, I'll give it, for sale? Why not," said Ustaz Solmed when met in the Tendean area, not long ago.

1. Ready to Add a Golf Course

This house is equipped with various facilities, ranging from futsal field, shooting range, badminton court, gym, SPA, salon, home theater, to mini gas station. Ustaz Solmed plans to add a golf course.

"(Golf) course is not there yet. Amin, hopefully it will be realized. There is a futsal field, badminton court, and a shooting range, but not the one in Senayan," he said.

"The shooting range is for children, so we have to limit their access," he added.

2. Born in a Simple Family

Ustaz Solmed did not expect to have a luxurious residence and complete facilities, considering his humble family background. He was born into a family of fried banana traders.

"Basically, humans do not expect it. From ancient times, we lived in a small alley. My parents sold fried bananas, sold rice cakes. I am an only child," he said.

"Then I thought, where will it come from, what will it be like. I never gave up asking and hoping to Allah SWT, because He is the Most Wealthy. Let Allah arrange it, and the important thing is that the path is halal (permissible)," he concluded.
