Recently, Bunga made a surprising statement. Unlike other celebrities who want to have children immediately after marriage, this forty-year-old woman does not plan for it.
"BCL doesn't (plan)," said Bunga briefly when met at CGV Grand Indonesia, Thamrin area, last Saturday (3/2/2024).
Furthermore, Bunga Citra Lestari discusses her new film with Reza Rahadian titled PASUTRI GAJE. She admits that she had no difficulty acting alongside Reza because they have known each other for a long time.
"I have been friends with Reza for a long time, so the chemistry is easy. We know each other very well," says Bunga.
PASUTRI GAJE is a film adapted from the popular Webtoon comic of the same name. The casting of Bunga Citra Lestari as the character Adelia received both positive and negative reactions. However, Fajar Bustomi, the director, stated that the casting decision was made through discussions involving Annisa Nisfihani, the comic artist.
"So, the casting decision was discussed with the producer and the comic creator. As for Reza and Bunga, their chemistry is great, and their acting skills speak for themselves. So, people who see it won't be disappointed," Fajar explained in a different interview.
