Karen Pooroe Wants Her Child's Body Autopsied, Arya Claproth's Side: If it's time, it's time

As it is known, her only child was found dead due to a suspected fall from the 6th floor of her husband, Arya Claproth's apartment. However, the former Indonesian Idol finalist asserts that her daughter's body is intact without any injuries.

Based on this fact, there is a suspicion that Arya was negligent in watching over the child. After considering various factors, Karen finally decided to autopsy Zefania's body to seek the truth.

Responding to Karen's accusations, Arya's side also spoke out. As it is known, this couple is currently going through a divorce process because their relationship can no longer be maintained. They have even been sleeping separately for a long time.

"I don't know (the autopsy results) yet, but I want to reiterate that we are waiting with the belief that the child was not murdered, it was purely an accident. We cannot avoid the fate that is in God's hands. If it's time, it's time," said Andreas Nahot Silitonga, Arya Claproth's lawyer when met in the Kuningan area, South Jakarta, Wednesday (11/3/2020).

Andreas didn't even believe Karen's statement that Zefania's body was completely unscathed when found lifeless. However, instead of making too many assumptions, he preferred to wait for the autopsy results.

"I haven't received an official statement yet, but if it's true, logically speaking, it's understandable if the body is severely injured after falling from the 6th floor. What is not understandable is Karen's statement claiming that the child is unharmed, like a sleeping princess. We are waiting for the autopsy results, so it's not a misleading statement," Andreas continued.

2. Arya Claproth Negligent in Taking Care of the Child?

Andreas also defended Arya against accusations of negligence in taking care of the child. According to him, Zefania is not a baby who needs constant supervision, but is old enough to understand the dangers of playing at a high place.

"It's different. If there's negligence, let the investigators handle it. We're not talking about a baby being placed on a table and falling off, this is not a crawling child. She's 6 years old and can run, jump, and do things that adults do with the consideration of a young child. I don't want to declare whether Arya was negligent or not, let the police conclude that," he concluded.
