Kiky Saputri is Firm about Her Child, Grandfather is Forbidden to Hold Him After Smoking!

Being a new parent makes Kiky Saputri very protective of her child. Together with her husband, M. Khairi, Kiky enforces strict rules for the health of their child, especially regarding exposure to cigarette smoke.

Kiky does not hesitate to forbid anyone from touching or holding her child if they have just smoked, including his biological father. She requires a cleaning procedure before interacting with the little one.

"That's for Dad! For the grandfather, since the father (Khairi) doesn't smoke. So it's for the grandfather, for my team who smokes, basically when they come in, they need to wash their bodies and change clothes first," Kiky firmly stated when met in the Warung Jati area, South Jakarta, Tuesday (06/01/2026).

In addition to health regulations, Kiky and Khairi also work together in sharing parenting duties. They even challenge themselves to take care of the child without the help of a babysitter who is currently back in their hometown.

"We both just want to challenge ourselves to take care of Khairi together without formula, can we do it? It's already the second day without formula," Kiky enthusiastically shared.

Kiky admitted that she doesn’t feel burdened, but actually enjoys the moments together. She and her husband support each other, from bathing to breastfeeding their child.

Khairi quickly took on the role when Kiky started to feel tired or emotional.

"If I feel tired giving food, especially since that kid is really into crawling right now, I say 'Honey, can you take over the bath time?' So that it's not always me, so I don't get triggered emotionally," Kiky explained.

Teamwork and cooperation are the main keys for them in fulfilling their roles as happy and low-stress new parents. "It's teamwork, it has to be teamwork," Khairi agreed.
