In a recent interview, Ira Wibowo revealed that she and Ari Wibowo actually used to fight a lot when they were kids. "We never fight now, but when we were kids we used to fight all the time," said Ira Wibowo at Studio PO Jakarta Selatan, in mid-2022.
When they were young, Ari and Ira Wibowo shared the same room. As a result, they always argued about their different music tastes. "Who gets to play the music, the walls used to have posters from magazines. Ari liked Kiss, I liked ABBA. It was an unclear argument," said Ira Wibowo.
"Why? Because we used to live in a small apartment and we slept in the same room. So, we would always fight over our LP or vinyl records," said Ari Wibowo.
As a younger sibling, Ari admitted to always giving in to his older sister, Ira Wibowo. However, Ira herself called Ari Wibowo a naughty child when he was young.
"I'm the one who always gave in," said Ari Wibowo. "She was really naughty when she was young. Whenever I had snacks, she would finish them without me knowing. She was really stubborn, luckily she grew out of it," continued Ira Wibowo.
Nowadays, Ira and Ari Wibowo are seen as a united front and no longer fight like they did when they were young. Currently, they respect each other.
"We respect each other and keep our distance. Everyone has their own privacy and problems. We don't meddle," concluded Ari Wibowo.
Recently, Ira and Ari attended an event initiated by a production house. The siblings are known for their everlasting youthfulness.
