Krisdayanti expresses sympathy over the disappearance of Emmeril Khan Mumtadz, the son of West Java Governor Ridwan Kamil, who is reported to have been swept away by the current in the Aaree River, Bern, Switzerland.
She mentioned that she can understand what Ridwan Kamil is going through because she is also a mother.
"I am deeply saddened because I am also a mother, so I also feel the loss," said Krisdayanti in Jakarta, Friday (27/5/2022).
Upon hearing the news about Ridwan Kamil's son, the singer of the song "Menghitung Hari" immediately thought of her own son.
"Because my second son, Azriel, is the same age as Eril. I always remind him to be careful on the road, especially when riding a motorcycle," she said.
She also prayed for the Ridwan Kamil family to be given strength in facing this tragedy.
"We all hope that the entire family is given strength and continuous prayers," she said.
As is known, Emmeril Khan Mumtadz or Eril was reported missing in Switzerland while swimming in the Aaree River, Bern, Switzerland with his younger brother and friend on May 26, 2022.
According to the Ridwan Kamil family, represented by Elpi Nazmuzaman, in his written statement, Eril was in Switzerland to find a school to continue to the S2 level.
