Lady Nayoan Appoints Lawyer for Divorce with Rendy Kjaernett, Discusses Child Custody and Alimony

Kapanlagi.com - Actress Lady Nayoan has finally appointed Timoty Ezra Simanjuntak as her legal representative to handle the divorce with Rendy Kjaernett. This is a result of allegations of infidelity committed by her husband with Syahnaz Sadiqah.

In fact, the mother of three children has already consulted about the divorce procedure. Lady asked about the custody rights of her three children and the alimony that can be obtained after the divorce.

"The custody rights of the children were also discussed. There were also discussions about the protection of the children and the provision of alimony," said Timoty in Cempaka Putih area, Central Jakarta, on Monday (3/7/2023).

1. Divorce Lawsuit Not Yet Registered

However, Timoty has not yet registered the divorce lawsuit and is waiting for instructions from Lady. The documents are already complete, just waiting to be registered.

"We have validated the documents. We just need to wait for Lady's decision. This is still a process, the important thing is to sign the power of attorney first, take it slowly. We still need to carefully consider the impact on the children," he said.

For now, Timoty does not want to talk further about his client's divorce plans. Moreover, some time ago Rendy mentioned that he will try to fix his relationship with Lady.

"We don't want to create a fuss. The important thing is to avoid causing a commotion," concluded Timoty.

2. Rendy Ready to Fix Household

Meanwhile, Rendy Kjaernett finally emerged and said he would try to fix his relationship with Lady Nayoan. Unfortunately, it seems that this is not well received by the mother of three.

Lady seems to have decided on the course of action to take after revealing the alleged affair between her husband and Syahnaz Sadiqah. Lady apparently has appointed a legal team to handle the divorce with Rendy.
