Kapanlagi.com - Actress Lady Nayoan is suing her husband, Rendy Kjaernett, at the Bekasi District Court after exposing her husband's alleged affair with Syahnaz Sadiqah. Ranto Indra Karta, the spokesperson for the Bekasi District Court, confirmed that there is a divorce petition filed by Lady on Monday (10/7/2023).
"Yes, there is a divorce petition between Lady Veronica Nayoan and Rendy Himawan Sumantri. The petition was submitted on July 10, 2023," said Ranto Indra Karta at the Bekasi District Court on Monday (10/7/2023).
Ranto stated that the divorce petition was filed by Lady through her legal representative. Currently, the court has not assigned a registration number for Lady Nayoan's petition.
"Her lawyer's name is Simanjuntak. It was submitted today, but the case number has not been assigned yet because the Chief Justice has not assigned it," said Ranto.

In the lawsuit, Lady only wants to separate from Rendy and demand custody of the child. "Only divorce and child custody," she said.
Meanwhile, Ratno has not been able to inform the schedule of Lady and Rendy Kjaernett's first divorce hearing. "Not yet (the schedule for the first hearing). It will be determined by the Court Chairman after lunch," concluded Ranto.
