Larissa Chou Reveals Reasons for Divorce from Ikram Rosadi

"I want to share something very personal... After much consideration, prayer, and a long journey of reflection, I decided to end my marriage," wrote Larissa.

Larissa emphasizes that her decision to divorce is not because she gave up on maintaining her marriage. According to her, everyone deserves a relationship that provides a sense of security, sincerity, and mutual respect.

"Now I am starting a new chapter in life as a single mother of two children. Not because I gave up, but because I believe that I deserve love that makes me feel safe, sincere, and appreciated. I also want to feel secure in the place I have always called home," she wrote.

She then revealed that the life she is currently living is actually not much different from when she was still a wife. Larissa feels that she has been used to bearing most of the responsibilities on her own.

"Even when I was still married, I was already accustomed to living independently. I supported myself, took care of the house, met the needs of myself and my children, and faced most of life's challenges alone," she continued.

In her post, Larissa also emphasized that she does not want to blame anyone for the end of the marriage. She chooses to accept that not all love stories must end with togetherness.

"I see myself as a woman who ultimately chooses peace over pretending, courage over fear, and hope over uncertainty," Larissa stated.

According to her, Ikram Rosadi will always be a part of the journey she once appreciated. Therefore, she does not want to end the relationship with blame.

"There is no one to blame, especially someone who once was a part of my life. Perhaps we are simply not destined to be a couple forever. Not all love stories must last until the end, and that is okay," she wrote.
