Launching a New Song, Novi Rizki Doubles as Producer and Songwriter

Kapanlagi.com - Singer Novi Rizki once again proves her existence in the dangdut music scene by releasing a new work titled Mantan Sumo.

In her latest song, Novi Rizki serves as both the songwriter and producer. For the music arrangement, she entrusted it to Pradea.

For the music video, the song Mantan Sumo has a theme inspired by ancient Egypt, specifically one of the Pharaohs named Queen Twosert. Twosret was the last Pharaoh of the 19th Dynasty of Egypt. She is also known as Site Meryamun, which means "Beloved Daughter of the God Amun (Egyptian God)."

"Not forgetting, we combined it with a modern touch ala Dubai, singing on a Yacht with a background of buildings like Burj Khalifa. Sensual touches often appear in several close-up shots as Novi Rizki's trademark," said Novi Rizki.

Novi Rizki said that the song Mantan Sumo is the first song she created inspired by her personal experience. The song is also her first independent music work.

This semi-koplo dangdut remix song was officially released on Wednesday, September 8, 2021, on 45 Digital Streaming Platform Music applications. It was then premiered on YouTube on September 23 and played simultaneously on radios throughout Indonesia on September 27.
