Kapanlagi.com - The case of alleged assault committed by Leon Dozan against his girlfriend, Rinoa Aurora Senduk, has been settled. This is based on information from Fridaus Oiwobo, as the legal representative of Leon.
"Alhamdulillah, it's settled, but with conditions. Now they are having a meeting between Leon's family and Rinoa's family. Alhamdulillah, peace has been achieved," said Firdaus Oiwobo at the Central Jakarta Metro Police, Monday (20/11/2023).
According to Firdaus, the condition for the peace agreement is that Leon's mother asked Rinoa's mother to revoke the power of attorney using Firdaus as his lawyer.
"Rinoa's mother asked me to no longer be Leon's legal representative, and now I am no longer his legal representative," said Firdaus.

Firdaus further stated that the peace could happen thanks to him, even though he had to accept the consequence of no longer being Leon's lawyer.
"I said that if he didn't want to make peace, I would report back. Because there is an article that Rinoa also violated. That's why his mother said we want to make peace as long as his attorney withdraws. So the condition for peace is that my power of attorney is withdrawn," he said.
Firdaus said that the article that Rinoa is suspected of violating is spreading videos without permission.
"Spreading videos without permission. Transmitting video recordings of Leon's conversation with Rinoa when Leon asked for them to be deleted. But they were recorded and uploaded, thus undermining the credibility of our client," he said.

Although they have made peace, Firdaus said that Leon has not been released yet. Because, in addition to being charged with Assault Article, Leon is also charged with Article 207 of the Criminal Code, defamation against the Indonesian National Police Institution.
"It seems like he can't go home today. Because he is also charged with Article 207. As for this article, I am still his lawyer and tomorrow I will send a letter to the Chief of Police," said Firdaus. (Dadan)
