Lawyer Unveils Alleged Abuse Case by Former Maid Against Erin, Case to be Immediately Held

Kapanlagi.com - The case of alleged minor abuse involving Rien Wartia Trigina alias Erin has entered a new chapter. After its status escalated to the investigation stage, the South Jakarta Metro Police will soon hold a case hearing to determine the next legal steps.

Erin's former maid, Herawati, underwent questioning again as the complainant on Thursday (9/7/2026). Accompanied by her attorney, Deolipa Yumara, she also submitted additional evidence to the investigators.

"After the case hearing, we predict that there will be a suspect designation in the minor abuse case experienced by Herawati, allegedly committed by Erin," Deolipa said when met at the South Jakarta Metro Police.

1. Investigator Ready to Examine Erin

According to Deolipa, the investigators have found indications of criminal elements, leading to the case being officially elevated to the investigation stage. After the examination of the complainant is completed, the police will call other witnesses before requesting statements from Erin as the reported party.

"We will just follow the process in the police, what is clear is that this case has been elevated for investigation," he said.

He also ensured that all supporting evidence, including the results of the medical examination, has been submitted to the investigators to complete the case file.

"The medical evidence and others have been submitted. Soon there will be a case presentation and examination of the reported party (Erin)," he continued.

2. Herawati Chooses to Follow Legal Process

Meanwhile, Herawati stated that she fully entrusts the handling of the case to the investigators. She hopes that the legal process can proceed according to procedure until the issue becomes clear.

"Yes, I will just follow the investigators so that the case becomes clear," she said.
