Legal Power Ultimatum Account Spreader Chat Fuji Angry at His Employees

Therefore, after consulting with the police, Sandy Arifin gave an ultimatum to the owner of the Instagram account @hay_tje to immediately delete the chat between Fuji and his employees.

"I am speaking here as Fuji's legal counsel. I openly warn that if within the next 3 to 4 days there are still news or posts that may harm our client, we have already informed Fuji that if he feels harmed, we will take legal action," said Sandy Arifin at the West Jakarta Police, Monday (6/11/2023).

1. Accused of Not Paying Salary

However, after the conversation between Fuji and his former employee went viral, Fuji finally agreed to fulfill his obligation. This incident was revealed by the Instagram social media account @hay_tje.

"Alhamdulillah, it has been transferred. On this date and at this time, I can smile widely. Yay, the salary is finally released. Why does it have to be like this, only then people's rights are given," said the caption of hay_tje's Instagram stories, displaying proof of transfer from Fuji.

2. Fuji Insults Employee

Previously, the account uploaded the chat content between Fuji and his employee. In the conversation, Fuji was seen insulting his employee.

"You talk too much, I lose respect for someone who is rude to me, who lacks self-awareness, and doesn't want to learn. You just work, don't get close to me, don't pretend to be familiar, pretend to know," said one of Fuji's chat messages to his employee.
