Legal Process Stopped, Millen Cyrus Will Undergo Rehabilitation

Kapanlagi.com - After the rehabilitation assessment application was approved by the North Jakarta National Narcotics Agency (BNNK) and the Tanjung Priok Port Police, influencer Millendaru, also known as Millen Cyrus, is no longer a suspect. Millen is declared a victim of drug abuse and will undergo rehabilitation at the BNN Lido Rehabilitation Center in Bogor, West Java.

This news was confirmed by the Head of Narcotics of the Tanjung Priok Port Police, AKP Rezha Rahandhi. He said that they have sent the 21-year-old man to Lido on Monday, November 30, 2020, and his family is already waiting there.

"Yes, we have taken him and handed him over to Lido. We took MC to Lido and his family is waiting there," said AKP Rezha Rahandhi when contacted on Tuesday (1/12).

AKP Rezha Rahandhi also mentioned that the transfer of Millen to Lido has coordinated and received the results of the swab test, so it is known that Ashanty's nephew has no indication of being exposed to Covid 19. However, he did not explain in detail the process of transferring Millen Cyrus to the BNN Lido Rehabilitation Center, Bogor, West Java, and emphasized that Millen's legal process would stop if he officially undergoes rehabilitation.

"For more information, ask BNNK Jakarta Utara. Because in the law, users have the right to rehabilitation. The legal process is completed if indeed in rehab," he said.

Previously, Millen Cyrus was arrested by the Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok Police at a hotel in North Jakarta on Sunday, November 22, 2020, early morning with a man identified as JR. From the arrest, the police confiscated evidence in the form of one package of plastic containing white crystals suspected to be methamphetamine weighing 0.36 grams, one plastic bottle of mineral water and a glass pipe for smoking methamphetamine, and one bottle of alcoholic beverage.

However, the family requested the authorities to rehabilitate Millen. Because besides not being a dealer, Millen has just become a drug user.
