When met in the Jagakarsa area, South Jakarta, on Saturday (22/1), Razman admitted that he didn't actually mind. However, before that happened, he wanted Richard Lee to fulfill his obligations to him first.

"I've told him to settle his obligations so that we can confirm the termination of this working relationship. Don't try to play me, Richard, don't forget your debts. What's important is that I prioritize my dignity," said Razman.

1. There are Eight Power of Attorney

"Before completing his obligations, there should be no holding of legal power. Finish first," he added.

Razman said there are eight power of attorney, each worth Rp 1 billion. Razman also emphasized that he will not release Richard Lee until all matters are resolved.

"There are eight powers, each worth Rp 1 billion, the legal obligation is 12 years multiplied by several million. Finish your business with me, as long as it's not finished, I will chase you, Richard," he said.

2. Mention Richard Lee's Responsibility

In addition, Razman also mentioned Richard Lee's responsibility to him, amounting to Rp 15-20 billion.

"Regarding the eight power of attorney, there has been no payment, that's what needs to be resolved because he said he withdrew the power, there is a fine stated in the criminal code, please resolve it. Karput case, illegal access, and case in Surabaya. There are eight powers. The total is Rp 15-20 billion," he concluded.

3. Detained in Connection with Alleged Illegal Access

Previously, beauty doctor Richard Lee has been detained by Ditreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya in connection with a case of alleged illegal access and evidence tampering on Monday (27/12). This happened after the case file was declared complete, so the suspect and the evidence were immediately transferred from the police to the prosecutor's office.

This case of alleged illegal access and evidence tampering is different from the defamation report filed by artist Kartika Putri against Richard Lee in December 2020. Based on police investigation results, Richard Lee is suspected of accessing an Instagram account and removing evidence that had been seized and used as evidence in Kartika Putri's report.

4. Not Detained

In August 2021, Richard Lee was arrested for the case, but at that time, he was not detained. Four months later, precisely at the end of December, the police then detained Richard Lee in relation to the same case.

5. What Does the Legal Authority Say?

Therefore, through his legal counsel, Razman Nasution provided a defense for his detention regarding the case. He claimed that his client did not know that the post uploaded to Facebook would also be shared on his Instagram account.

"In early August 2021, supposedly, he tried to make a post. But then it was automatically posted and uploaded from Facebook to Instagram," Razman revealed when met at the Jakarta Metro Police, Tuesday (28/12).

"In the context of Dr. Richard's thinking, who doesn't understand the law, the things that have been seized ideally cannot be hacked," he continued.
