The idea to open the business was said to have originated from her busy cooking at home. Because she likes spicy food, the 40-year-old woman usually uses a considerable amount of chili in every dish she cooks.

"Personally, I love eating first, secondly, I love spicy food because I think about how to eat food that can all be delicious and filling. Usually, when we eat, there's noodles, there's chicken, everything mixed together," she said when met at Kedai Cabai, Cengkareng area, West Jakarta, Wednesday (3/2).

2. Starting a Business Together with a Friend

The idea can be realized when she met Airyn Tanu, her friend who has now also become her business partner in opening a business.

Until it finally stood, Olla Ramlan was grateful because the newly established business received an extraordinary response from the community. Since the first day of opening, various menus at Kedai Cabai immediately sold out and were fully booked for the next 5 days.
