Lisa Mariana has undergone questioning as a suspect in an alleged defamation case at the Bareskrim Polri on Wednesday (15/5/2024). For about five hours, Lisa was interrogated by investigators and faced 44 questions.Â

Her lawyer, Jhon Boy, confirmed that his client is cooperative and ready to face the next legal process.
"Thank you for waiting so long. Yes, praise God today the examination as a suspect for Lisa Mariana has been completed," said Jhon Boy Naban at the Bareskrim Polri, Friday (24/10/2025).
Lisa Mariana herself expressed her gratitude for the smooth process of the examination.
"Yes, thank God it went smoothly. The gentlemen upstairs were very nice and thank God I can carry on with my activities as usual. That's it. Thank you," said Lisa Mariana.
However, Lisa Mariana's other legal counsel, Bertua Diana Hutapea, highlighted her client's rights that have not been fulfilled, especially regarding the DNA test results and second opinion.
"So from those 44 questions, it was also mentioned the rights of the suspect that will be fulfilled, but there is still the right of Lisa Mariana that has not been fulfilled, which we have not received, namely the DNA test results that we have requested from the investigator and one more right for a second opinion," explained Bertua.Â
On the same occasion, Jhon Boy emphasized that Lisa Mariana is neither detained nor required to report. Â "No, no, no. Clearly, we comply and all processes, if later more information is needed for Lisa Mariana, we are ready to be present," said Jhon Boy.
